C&R International is planning the launch of Handcrafted Wines of Israel in the world’s biggest market (outside Israel) for Israeli & Kosher wines: New York. The company, which specializes in kosher wines only, has imported to America wines from the following wineries:

Chillag

Domaine du Castel

Hamasrek

Saslove

Tzora Vineyards

Yatir Winery

Yatir & Hamasrek have always been kosher wineries, Castel & Tzora have recently become kosher wineries with no effect on quality and Chillag & Saslove have produced kosher wines especially for this particular market. Later they will be joined by Bazelet ha Golan , which became kosher from the 2004 vintage.

C&R International is a joint venture distribution company, equally shared between Carmel Winery & Royal Wine Corporation. Carmel is the world’s largest producer of kosher wines & Royal is the world’s largest importer & distributor of kosher wines.

Josh Shupak, the director of C&R International, has planned a series of tastings for ‘Handcrafted Wines of Israel’ in the next two months.
